Special Move

Special Moves are a set of advanced moves in Shadow Fight 3. They are a series of attack combo which can be applied to armors or weapons to increase their overall effectiveness in fights.

Description

Special Moves are classified based on their rarity: Rare, Epic, and Legendary. Special Moves with higher rarity mostly tend to have better combo, higher power, or both.

Special Move can be bought from the store. Otherwise, they can be obtained from chests won in duels, booster packs, or as rewards for defeating opponents in main and side quests. If the players receive a move they already own, a part of an upgrade bar will fill up. When the bar fills up completely, the move will be upgraded to the next power level. Better chest or booster pack may contain moves with higher rarity. As for the moves obtained from fights, players may get moves with random rarity; it is possible to get move with Epic or Legendary rarity, but the chance is small.

Using Special Moves

Special Move can be inserted to an equipment's slots to have it activate in fights. There are two type of Special Moves: Weapon Special Move and Unarmed Special Move. Special Moves are restricted based on the type of equipment, for example, weapon special moves cannot be applied to armors.

Some special moves comes with an additional combo, which will be performed only if the last hit of the main combo successfully hit the opponent while they are standing. For example, Kenjutsu consists of 2 attacks. If the second attack hits the opponent, then two additional attacks will be performed.

List of Weapon Special Moves

These are special moves that are inserted into weapons. Press (Forward) + (Punch) twice to execute a weapon special move. More than one special move of the same type cannot be equipped together.

	Finisher	Legion	3	Rare	Giant Sword	Slams the sword down on the opponent, followed by a slash to the chest.

	Power Swing	Legion	3	Epic	Giant Sword	Slams the sword down on the opponent, slashes the opponent while taking back, and then followed by another slash to the stomach.
	Harvester	Legion	4	Legendary	Swords	Twirls the swords, forming a frenzy of attacks.
	Chop Till Drop	Legion	3+1	Legendary	Axes	Slams the axes to the shoulders before remove it with a kick
	Caveman's Rage	Legion	3	Legendary	Two-handed Sword	Grab the tip of the sword while using the handle as a club
	Impalement	Legion	3	Legendary	Spear	Lift the spear to slam down and ends with a smack
	Blade Dance	Dynasty	2	Rare	Sabers	Slash foward then again with a leap
	Wooden Hailstorm	Dynasty	4	Rare	Staff	Smack forward then smack again rapidly
	Striking Chain	Dynasty	6	Rare	Shuang Gou
	Hummingbird	Dynasty	4	Rare	Nunchaku	Spin to down swing to up swing and swing down and up.
	Whiplash	Dynasty	6	Rare	Chain Knife	Short range swing to a continuous whirling middle ranged knife attack.
	Turnabout	Dynasty		Rare	Deer Horns
	Wingbeat	Dynasty	4	Epic	Sabers	Slashes twice right, then twice left, followed by a stab to the chest.
	Somersault	Dynasty	5	Epic	Shuang Gou	Do a somersault before and after some attacks
	Triplex	Dynasty	3	Epic	Guandao	Smack from above then slam downward followed with a stab
	Dazzling Break	Dynasty	5	Epic	Guandao	Spins the guandao rapidly with a stab
	Scrapper	Dynasty		Epic	Deer Horns
	Typhoon	Dynasty	5	Legendary	Sabers	Spins the sabers forward
	Skyfall	Dynasty	1+1	Legendary	Staff	Slam the staff then again while catching it airborne
	Ape Rampage	Dynasty	5	Legendary	Nunchaku	A sudden whirl of attacks combined with a cartwheel kick and a slam to the head
	Knife Juggler	Dynasty	2+1	Legendary	Chain Knife	Spins the knife then swipe the knive to stab and remove it with a spin kick
	Rolling Waves	Heralds	3	Rare	Katana	Charges forward,while spinning horizontally, swinging the katana and slashing the opponent thrice
	Double Edge	Heralds		Rare	Sai	Punch with the handles and knock the opponent with a stab
	Airscrew	Heralds	6	Rare	Naginata	Slice forward while spinning the naginata before the final stab to the ground
	Scraper	Heralds	2+4	Rare	Claws	A forward-spinning claw attack to a downward stab. If the attack is not OTG, the attacker stuns then knocks down the enemy and stabs them repeatedly.

	Kenjutsu	Heralds	2+2	Rare	Iaido Katana	Attack with casting before slide the katana to the head with a final blow

	Barb Leap	Heralds	2	Epic	Sai	Stabs the opponent in the stomach, then leaps forward towards the opponent and stabs them once in the chest again.
	Flagpole	Heralds	1+1	Epic	Glaive	Pierces the glaive vertically towards the floor, and then kicks it on the opponent.
	Circumvention	Heralds	2+1	Legendary	Katana	Slashes the opponent's shoulders, following with a horizontal slash towards the chest, then slashes the back of the opponent
	Mutilation	Heralds	7	Legendary	Sai	Stabs the opponent twice, before continuously stabbing the opponent,mutilating them.
	Feral Fury	Heralds	4+1	Legendary	Claws	Slash rapidly then stab both claws to the chest to rip it open
	Sweeper	Heralds	3	Legendary	Glaive	Stab three backstab rapidly

These are special moves that are inserted into armors. Press (Forward) + (Kick) twice to execute an unarmed special move. Only one special move can be equipped at a time.

	Dynamo	Heralds	3	Epic	Spins rapidly from top to bottom
	Fling	Heralds	3	Epic	Kick back twice flinging the opponent and end with a slide
	Mule Kick	Heralds	3	Legendary	Stomp then slamkick the opponent head then fling with a back kick
