Ranged weapons first seen being used by Lynx and unlocked after defeating him. From then on everyone can be seen using them. Most of them can be bought with either coins or gems but some can be bought by gems only. Especially the ones with enchantments. Like other items each ranged weapon has three to four upgrades (four during the last skill level of each act and throughout the Interlude).
